My stay at the hotel was quite challenging. While the staff tried to assist with issues, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, especially with blood-stained sheets and other concerning signs. The location was decent for getting around, but I was really disappointed with the state of the room and facilities. The price for the experience didn't seem to match what I expected.

The room I was assigned initially had blood-stained sheets and a sock left behind. We did switch rooms, which theoretically should have improved the situation, but the feeling stayed.

The staff seemed friendly and responsive when I brought issues to their attention. They did assist with changing rooms and were generally helpful.
